To all our TOS employees around the world, onshore and offshore. We all feel and see the impact of the coronavirus on our lives, our cities, our countries and our work. We want to thank you for your support and loyalty. We hope that, despite the situation, life currently onboard or ashore is relatively OK for you and your loved ones.
Although all our EU and NON-EU offices are closed, we are fully up and running and standing by 24/7 to assist you with any questions or issues.
Please try to call or email your TOS contact person directly to relieve the receptionist at our HQ.

Update 13 March 2020:
To limit the person-to-person spread of Coronavirus, we at TOS have to take our responsibility for all staying healthy. That is why we have taken the following precaution:
- No visits to our European offices. If you need us, we are fully at your disposal via phone, e-mail, Skype or WhatsApp video.
This precaution is valid until 31st of March, 2020. We will keep you informed on further developments.

If you have visited China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Singapore, South Korea, Iran or Northern Italy or if you have been in contact with people that are infected by Corona virus, please notify your TOS Consultant as soon as possible and discuss the situation.

Undoubtedly you are aware of the international outbreak of the Corona virus. As your employer we take your health very seriously and therefore we herewith send you some information regarding measures you can take to decrease the chance of infection and the symptoms you should be aware of.
Common signs of infection by the Corona-virus are:
- respiratory symptoms
- fever
- cough
- shortness of breath
- breathing difficulties
- in more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death.
Standard recommendations to prevent infection spread include regular hand washing, covering mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, thoroughly cooking meat and eggs. Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing. Please read below advises from the World Health Organization in order to prevent infection. If you are suffering from any or more of the above symptoms, please seek medical advice from your local doctor/health carer.
