Our Health and Safety handbook offers you a brief insight into the health and safety organisation of TOS, as well as the accompanying health and safety regulations. You can regard the contents of this book as an addition to the specific rules and regulations of the company where you are being deployed. Arrangements concerning this matter have been established in our health and safety handbook:
The TOS Onshore and Work2Learn Division is SCT certified. SCT is the abbreviation for Safety and Health Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies. It is a quality mark. The implementation and enforcement of the SCT procedures minimises the safety risks for staff.

MOTIVATING EVERYONE TO CHOOSE A SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLES
As a company, we have an ideal vision, a sustainable vision. This vision may not be fully within reach at the moment, but we hope that this ideal will take shape in the future. For now, we would like to inspire and motivate everyone to choose a sustainable lifestyle. Within TOS, there are a number of activities in which we contribute to this:
CLIMATE NEUTRAL GROUP
Climate Neutral Group helps organisations reduce the climate impact of their business. Since 2017, TOS compensates the CO2 emission of all flights of her onshore and offshore crew worldwide. Compensation takes place through the specially selected sustainable energy projects. In 2017 – 2019 the contribution of TOS was invested in an onshore wind farm in India.

BOSKALIS BEACH CLEANUP TOUR
Marine litter and plastic pollution are a growing environmental problem worldwide. About 8 million tons of plastic flow into our oceans every year. This plastic is harmful to the oceans and the many animal species that live in them. Stichting de Noordzee, together with Boskalis, organised this tour in which the whole Noordzee beach is being cleaned up.
We participate this tour every year. https://www.beachcleanuptour.nl/over-de-tour/
