Within TOS we believe that there is a continuous need for educating our staff. We see this as a prerequisite for being able to deliver our services at the high quality level that we desire. Therefore we have set up an internal training program in 2012, called ‘TOS Academy’, which is still ongoing today. The program consists of a series of training sessions for the staff that are, depending upon the topic, being taught by the Legal Department or other members of our team. The topics cover all relevant rules, regulations and internal procedures. The trainings are repeated yearly. TOS Academy forms an integral part of our quality management system.
