In 1992 Kees Wagenaar (Managing Director at TOS), together with Joop Keesmaat, started the company Transport & Offshore Services. In those days we offered several services; supplying crew for ship deliveries, compass adjustment and transport brokerage. says Kees Wagenaar.
Joop and Kees decided to start TOS without a clear business model. Enthusiasm and energy were our tools. In the year 2000, Joop & Kees decided to go their own way. Joop concentrated on the transport brokerage activities and Kees continued with personnel services and compass adjustment.
