He grew up at the coast of the province Zeeland, studied at the Maritime Academy in Vlissingen, sailed some years and decided to work for TOS in October 2015. Alwin Kruithof started last year as a Junior Consultant Division Ship Management. ‘It is particularly the balance between working at the office and working abroad for ship delivery projects that appeals to me. And especially because this is mostly done in cooperation with the ship delivery crew and I enjoy working with people.

In my free time I have always been very active in sports: football, boxing, kite surfing, wakeboarding and snowboarding. I also have hobbies that are more relaxing, like: playing guitar, riding my motorcycle, travelling and sailing. Especially sailing is something I love to do. Pure enjoyment!
