We are looking for a Back Office Assistant for our headquarters in Rotterdam for 40 hours a week.

IS THIS JOB MADE FOR YOU?

Your workday as a Back Office Assistant starts with going through your mail and setting priorities. You make sure you have arranged all the necessary training for our deployed employees. You know which flights need to be booked and what challenges there are this time due to travel restrictions. Have you already completed all preparations for salary payment of these people, and have all employment contracts been sent? You are the point of contact for colleagues and deployed employees for all logistical and administrative matters surrounding a project. There is continuous coordination with various consultants and the financial administration to ensure that the worldwide projects for multiple customers run smoothly.

IS THIS YOUR PROFILE?

To successfully perform the above, you have as background:
Minimum MBO-4: at least 2-3 years of administrative work experience
Developed skills to plan & organise efficiently
Proactive work attitude
Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
In possession of driving license B
Experience in the travel or temporary employment industry is an advantage

TASKS

Ensuring an organised project administration
Various tasks related to invoicing
Salary administration
Arrange training and courses for crew
Booking of airline tickets and other transport options for crew
