Terms of Employment
TOS is affiliated to the Dutch Association of Intermediary Organizations and Temporary Employment Agencies (NBBU). TOS remunerates employees in accordance with the NBBU CAO (collective bargaining agreement). Depending on the project, the CAO of a particular branch of industry or company might apply. TOS then complies with the relevant regulations.
For employees, pension rights accrue in accordance with the specific sectoral regulations or by means of payments to the StiPP, the pension fund for long-term temporary workers. Depending on the project TOS pays the necessary pension contributions:.

Depending on the project, TOS remunerates and insures you in accordance with Dutch or foreign terms and conditions. Our consultants can tell you more about this. In all cases, TOS provides a watertight insurance package. There is accident cover and cover for medical costs abroad and/or the costs of repatriation. In consultation with TOS, good 24-hour assistance is offered via our insurer’s help line.
Health & Safety
Conducting work in a healthy and safe manner is a priority for TOS. Which vaccinations do you need? Is it time to be vaccinated again? Have you passed the medical examination? Are you going to a malaria risk area? You need to know the answers to these questions. TOS gathers information, performs checks and, if necessary, makes arrangements with a medical examiner.
The client is responsible for your safety and will provide the necessary safety work clothing/gear and personal protective equipment. The working conditions at our clients are not always clear to TOS It is essential to notify us immediately of unsafe situations. We will take action in response.
