TOS profiles itself as a professional agency. TOS operates in accordance with statutory regulations. This covers various forms of certification, by means of which professional guarantees can be given. Below, you will find a list of certificates which the TOS organisation satisfies.

NEN 4400-1
The NEN 4400-1 certificate is becoming increasingly important for you as recipient. By working with an NEN 4400-1 certified agency, you minimise the chance of additional assessments from, for example, the taxman.
 
VCU
Select is VCU certified. VCU stands for the Safety and Health Checklist Temporary Employment Agencies. It is a quality mark. The implementation and enforcement of the VCU procedures minimises the safety risks for staff.
